Research Position Available

The Centre for Sustainable Road Freight has a position available for a Masters or PhD level applicant. The two year project will seek to develop sensors for full vehicle energy use and emissions monitoring of in-use vehicles via Android apps. Project management and entrepreneurship are highly valued, as it is likely that portions of the work will be commercialized.

Jean de la Verpilliere wins the NanoDTC translational prize for “Conversion Li-ion
battery anodes for electric vehicles”.

The NanoDTC Translational Prize Fellowship is awarded to exceptional NanoDTC Students and Associates to carry out projects which enable the translation of cutting edge nanoscience research to higher Technology Readiness Levels (TRLs).
